My wife and I just moved to Park Kennedy, and we love it! The building is beautiful, and the staff are super helpful and kind! We love our unit and all the amenities this apartment has to offer. I would recommend Park Kennedy for anyone looking for a place in the D.C. area. There is a Metro stop right outside the front doors for those needing to commute to other parts of the city.

If you are a minimalist that likes a little idea luxury with a little urban flavor this is the place! It’s not what it will be in the future, this place is on the move and it has a great vision for the community. So while it’s in the developing stages it’s a work in progress but overall in about 3 years or so it will be one of the best buildings and apartments in this D.C. area...We were fortunate for finding this space and this place finding us..

I just moved into Park Kennedy and it has been great! All of the staff are so nice and helpful. Our apartment is beautiful and we love our view of the courtyard! Honestly, we are so glad that we are living here!
